Limited Liability Company “NanoFlash” (Russian legal name: ООО «НаноФлэш»)
Revision: 30 April 2026.
Operator identification for personal data (INN, OGRN, registered address and contact for data subject requests) is set out in Section 2 of the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Operator’s websites (see clause 2 of this Agreement).
These rules govern use of the gaming system and related software (the system). By registering with the system and/or using its features, you accept this User Agreement (the Agreement).
────────────────────────────────────────
1. These rules must be read and followed by anyone registering with the system.
2. By creating an account in the system, signing in via social networks or other sign-in methods provided by the system, using Quick Play sign-in, or using Guest mode to explore the system (applications), the User (the player) confirms that they have read this Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Privacy Policy published by the Operator on https://www.nanoflash.biz, https://livegames.online and https://livegames.download (and/or at canonical URLs from those sites), fully understands and accepts them. The player’s acceptance of these rules is a precondition for beginning to use the system.
3. The system administration may change these rules unilaterally with mandatory notice through the internal news system and/or by e-mail. Material changes to the Personal Data Processing Policy take effect as described in that Policy. If the updated rules are not acceptable to the player, they may cease use of the system immediately as provided in clause 29 of this Agreement.
4. If these rules are violated or suspected violated, the player’s account may be restricted or blocked by the administration. On blocking, the player is notified at the e-mail in their contacts unless another channel is specified in service rules. On account blocking refunds are not made unless expressly required by applicable law or payment-system rules.
5. Registration and other information the player transmits to the system—such as login, password, nickname, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, social account identifiers and other data that identifies the player or relates to them—is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties except as Russian law and the Personal Data Processing Policy provide. Where and to the extent the law establishes, such data may constitute personal data and is processed by the Operator for the purposes and under the conditions in that Policy and this Agreement, including identifying the player in the Operator’s app ecosystem. Phone and e-mail are provided voluntarily where the features allow and may be used for service notices about in-game events as in clause 23 of this Agreement.
6. The Operator’s websites https://www.nanoflash.biz, https://livegames.online and https://livegames.download may use cookies and Yandex Metrica on one or more resources depending on configuration, for the purposes stated in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
7. The player must provide truthful registration details. The administration may at any time ask for supporting documents, which the player must provide within three days if permitted by applicable law and service rules.
8. Use of a game account is allowed only by the person who registered it. Giving account access to others is prohibited. One user may register several game accounts where needed. Concurrent presence at one table under accounts belonging to one user or several accounts from one computer (device) is prohibited; breach leads to blocking of all game accounts of that user. Tournament participation is allowed only with one account per player. The same account may participate in different tournaments.
9. On registration the player receives a login and password as the key to the account. Keeping the login and password secure is solely the player’s responsibility. The administration is not liable for third-party access obtained because the player lost the login/password through the player’s fault. After Quick Play sign-in, if the player wants to keep using the account on other devices they must enter and remember login and password in the account area.
10. Guest mode lets the user preview the system. It creates temporary context without full account registration; data processed are minimised, but technical data automatically sent by the device and software (e.g. request headers, fraud prevention and service stability needs) may be processed as in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Guest mode does not create a full account as meant in clause 2; features are limited. For other capabilities the user must sign in or register.
11. The administration cannot read user passwords in clear text; passwords are stored using methods that prevent administrators from reading original values, unless recovery technology dictates otherwise.
12. If the player forgets login and/or password, they may use password reminder if available for that account type.
13. The player may play games offered in the system. The player is solely responsible for choosing to participate. At the table players must behave respectfully toward others, avoid deliberately untimely or incorrect play, and avoid deliberately slowing the game.
14. The administration is not responsible for the player’s participating in games that violate or might violate laws of the player’s jurisdiction. By playing, the player assumes responsibility under laws of their jurisdiction.
15. The system is not a tax agent for the player. Tax obligations lie solely with the player under their jurisdiction.
16. Use of auxiliary software or robots (bots) during play in the system is strictly forbidden.
17. Collusive play among two or more persons is strictly forbidden. Collusive play includes two or more players coordinating at a table for advantage over others, or predetermined wins among participants. The administration may block accounts, impose penalties in game points or status as determined by the project administration.
18. Entering a game, the player agrees to the game’s rules and must follow them.
19. Entering the game means registering in the system (or signing in via social networks, other provided methods, or Quick Play).
20. The administration is not liable for moral, material or other harm from use of the system to the extent allowed by applicable law.
21. The system may offer additional services, including purchase of extra game point packages. Extra points are for entertainment and to help beginners and mid-level players learn games and tournaments. Game points have no monetary or material value and cannot be cashed, sold or converted to real money. On payment the player bears all payment-processing costs including payment-system fees.
22. The system is not liable for errors, including those causing loss or moral harm, except where mandatory law expressly provides otherwise.
23. Service messages. By registering (including via social sign-in, other provided methods, or Quick Play), the user agrees to receive information messages needed for the account and service by e-mail, social notifications or push on devices—via channels linked to the user’s account.
24. Advertising and marketing. Marketing SMS to the user’s mobile, marketing e-mail and other marketing messages (including push and social notifications) are sent only with separate user consent through the interface (including a separate control at registration or in account settings). The user may withdraw marketing consent at any time as indicated in the interface or the Personal Data Processing Policy.
25. The administration may review play, registration and other information for compliance with these rules.
26. The system is not responsible for players’ or third parties’ conduct.
27. For disputes or matters not covered here, the administration decides within limits of applicable law. This does not deprive consumers of consumer-protection rights where they apply.
28. The administration may refuse access to the game for any player at any time; the user is notified by e-mail in contacts unless another method is set in service rules.
29. Leaving the system and personal data rights. The player may stop using the system at any time. To exercise rights to erasure, restriction, rectification, withdrawal of consent and other rights under Russian personal data law, the user sends a request to the Operator as in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Participation and processing end under applicable law and technical feasibility after the Operator handles the request. Social network users (including Facebook, VK, Odnoklassniki, etc.) may also need to revoke app authorisation in platform settings. Removing the game from a social account may be required by that platform to stop app access to profile data; it does not limit the user’s right to ask the Operator to delete data the Operator processes under the Personal Data Law.
30. In the system the following is prohibited:
- profanity and insults toward other players, administration or moderators;
- spam and meaningless flood;
- political slogans of any kind;
- drug promotion;
- solicitation for non-system projects;
- asking or pressuring users to give gifts or transfer game points;
- impersonating administration or support.
Messages, accounts, gifts, nicknames or avatars breaching these rules may be removed or blocked. No compensation is due unless the law provides otherwise.
31. Image and real-time communication. In mobile apps, camera access is on user request and is needed to set the game avatar. Processing of images and communication signals is for the purposes stated in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
